Pauline Sanders, RN, MBA, CPHRM, LNCC, CCM

Pauline is President of elite Case Management.  She is a pioneer in the field of case management theory and practical implementation.  She is known for her unique passion and ability to train nurses, medical social workers, healthcare workers, and providers to transition into the case management experience with a focus on organizational goals and the patients’ well being.  

Pauline is a registered nurse who holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Services Administration from St. Mary’s College in Moraga, California, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix in Phoenix, Arizona.  She is a healthcare consultant, leader, professional speaker, trainer,  author, and mentor.  She has over 25 years experience in Healthcare Quality Management which includes case management, utilization, and discharge planning.  She is a certified case manager (CCM) with the Case Management Society of America.  

Pauline’s expertise, enthusiasm, and passion for mentoring healthcare professionals will shine thru to reveal her devotion in guiding them to develop skills for critical thinking, which is necessary to solve problems in medical case management.

Pauline also has a certification in risk management (CPHRM) from the American Society of Healthcare Risk Management (ASHRM) and an  American Bar Approved (ABA) certificate in legal nurse consulting.

She is a member of various associations which include the National Association of Professional Women (NAPW), the National Nurses in Business Association (NNBA),the Women’s Speakers Association (WSA),  American Association of Legal Nurse Consultants, American Society of Risk Management, American Case Management Association,  and the Case Management Society of America.

Pauline was recently recognized in Cambridge Who’s Who for outstanding professional and personal achievements.
