“I firmly believe that as healthcare workers become trained on the basics of case management and as they grow with the changes in the industry, they will move into the number one position as the most important person on the healthcare team. They will ensure that the circle of needs is connected throughout the continuum of care. The never ending cycle of case management will result in a win-win outcome for healthcare organizations as well as for the patients.”—P. Sanders, RN
